How It Works

LI Flag 4 Life is designed to give players and families an organized, exciting, and accessible NFL FLAG experience right here on Long Island.

Season Format

Our league runs a 7 week season featuring:

• 6 weeks of regular season play where teams compete once per week at St. Joseph’s University Danzi Stadium in Patchogue.
  
  

• 1 week of playoffs with a bracket style tournament that crowns division champions under the lights.
  
  

Registration Options

You can join the league in two easy ways:

• Free Agent: Sign up individually and we will place you on a team with players in your age division.
  
  

• Group or Team: Gather friends, classmates, or teammates and register together to play on the same team.

Teams and Coaches

All teams are coached by volunteer parents and community members who share a passion for teaching the game the right way. No experience is necessary. Our league provides guidance and resources to help every coach succeed.

Fields and Facilities

All games are hosted on the state of the art turf field at Danzi Stadium, offering players a safe and professional level environment. The league provides all necessary field setup, equipment, and scheduling support.

Practices

Teams can practice on their own time and location such as local parks, schools, or backyards.
For those who want structured practices on the Danzi Stadium turf, field time can be scheduled through our league management team for an additional cost*.
